It is a nice and clean hotel, the staff is very nice. We took a taxi, it is not expensive and it is the easiest way.

First of all, the satisfaction level for the price was very high. 1. All staffs are very kind. And I could communicate with front staff without any problems. 2. Room is very clean and I could stay & sleep very well in room. 3. Breakfast is also very satisfied for Korean. 4. My wife really liked to use a washing machine for free. 5. Near hotel, there is just an office building. Not apartment. So it's very silent to stay quietly.

The rooms were superb, very comfortable and clean when we checked in. The front desk staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfasts were really good.

Breakfast was too good with multiple options, Location is near to the expo center but not close from the main attractions of Shanghai. Overall I am very much satisfied for everything.

Free laundry with free detergent and dryer. Staffs even help us to keep the laundry when we are not around. Allow early checkin when we arrived before the stipulated time. Love it! Breakfast is great too.

The room is in very good condition: clean, everything is working, furniture new. Quite interesting design decision in rooms. The service from all staff is perfect. The breakfast is very good. It’s exactly what it’s expected from such hotel.

Great staff, Very clean. Might be the cleanest hotel i have ever been to. Nice that they have free cofee and tea in the lobby.
